Mrs. Giulia Mugnaini
Head of the Trademarks & Designs Department
Mrs. Mugnaini graduated in 2013 with the thesis “The violation of the right of a trademark between competitive offense and forgery”. In 2015 she qualifies as lawyer and the year after starts her collaboration with UfficioBrevetti in industrial and intellectual property, dealing in particular with the protection of trademarks and designs.
In 2017 she attended the Convey course for the qualification as trademark advisor.
She attended the international meeting organized by INTA(International Trademark Association)in 2017 inBarcellona, in 20118 she was in Seattle and in 2019 in Boston.
